BACK TO THE FUTURE trilogy and 976-EVIL star J.J. Cohen hits DCS Aug 10-11!
J.J. Cohen hit Hollywood in 1985 appearing on the Sci-Fi series V, and roles in films like PARADISE MOTEL and SECRET ADMIRER. But his starring role in BACK TO THE FUTURE would find him appearing in all three films of the popular trilogy, as part of Biff’s gang in I and II, and part of Needles’ gang in Part III. Mr. Cohen also starred in movies like FIRE WITH FIRE, THE PRINCIPAL, Robert Englund’s directorial debut 976-EVIL, PIRATES OF SILICON VALLEY, and Cameron Crowe’s ALMOST FAMOUS. His TV roles include two very different episode of Steven Spielberg’s AMAZING STORIES (one in the exceptional pilot “The Mission” in which he starred alongside Kevin Costner and Keifer Sutherland), VALLEY OF THE DOLLS, BAYWATCH, 3RD ROCK FROM THE SUN, PACIFIC BLUE, MARTIAL LAW and PROVIDENCE. If you’re a BACK TO THE FUTURE fan, you may recall some of his memorable lines, like “Get a load of this guy’s life preserver, dork thinks he’s gonna drown!” J.J. has done a lot of work behind the scenes in Hollywood as well, and recently just made his first convention appearance after an 8-year hiatus. This is his first Dallas… actually, first Texas con appearance, so we’re very happy to have him join us for Dallas Comic Show’s Fantasy Festival this August 10-11! Mr. Cohen joins the lovely Claudia Wells for a BACK TO THE FUTURE reunion, so let’s make sure to give him a warm Texas welcome!
