Legendary GREEN LANTERN artist Darryl Banks hits DCS Nov 23-24!
He co-created Kyle Rayner, Parallax and Grayven during his amazing run on GREEN LANTERN for DC Comics – starting with issue #48 and going all the way to issue #140. The great Darryl Banks also contributed to books like CAPTAIN AMERICA ANNUAL 2001, CYBERPUNK, DOC SAVAGE, G.I. JOE RELOADED, GREEN LANTERN / SILVER SURFER, GUY GARDNER, JLA, JLA / SPECTRE: SOUL WAR, JUSTICE MACHINE, LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES, LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES ANNUAL, PAT SAVAGE, SUPERBOY, SUPERMAN: MAN OF STEEL, TANGENT COMICS: JLA, TOMB RAIDER and TUROK EVOLUTION. You can see new work from Darryl in the WWII comic book HARKEN’S RAIDERS. Mr. Banks appears courtesy of Vanbreed Studios, and will be signing inside the vendor hall next to the Vanbreed booth. We’re very excited to have him join us for Dallas Comic Show’s Holiday Special this November 23-24! This is also the 25th Anniversary of Darryl’s work on GREEN LANTERN and the creation of Kyle Rayner and Parallax, so the timing couldn’t be better.
