(POSTPONED) Star of SEINFELD, Disney’s ATLANTIS, BOSCH, DOOM PATROL, MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE, STAR TREK and more – Phil Morris comes to DCS August 26-27, 2023!
UPDATE: We were notified over the weekend (August 6th) that Phil Morris has decided that due to the current situation with the SAG-AFTRA strike, he is not comfortable traveling to conventions at this time. We are going to do our best to reschedule Phil to appear at our November 18-19 show, when hopefully the strike will be over. Cancellations are never fun and we did not know this was coming or else we would have notified fans sooner. Our apologies for the bad news, but hopefully we will see Phil very soon in the future.
After staring his acting career on the original STAR TREK series in the 1960s, Phil Morris went on to appear in countless popular television shows like VEGA$, HART TO HART, HOTEL, WEBSTER, KNIGHT RIDER, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS, 227, CHEERS, IT’S A LIVING, MURDER SHE WROTE, THE FRESH PRINCE OF BEL-AIR, LIVING SINGLE, BABYLON 5, MARTIN, THE STEVE HARVEY SHOW, HANGIN’ WITH MISTER COOPER, DIAGNOSIS MURDER, MOESHA, BEVERLY HILLS 90210, SEVEN DAYS, JAG, WILL & GRACE, NCIS, CSI: MIAMI, WOLVERINE AND THE X-MEN, BLACK-ISH, POWERLESS, NCIS: LOS ANGELES, YOUNG SHELDON, SPIDER-MAN (Animated), and so many more. He’s appeared in films like JINGLE ALL THE WAY, WAG THE DOG, DEVIL IN THE FLESH, CLAY PIGEONS, Disney’s ATLANTIS: THE LOST EMPIRE, UNDERDOG, MEET THE SPARTANS, JUSTICE LEAGUE: THE NEW FRONTIER, BLACK DYNAMITE, JUSTICE LEAGUE: DOOM, OFFICER DOWNE, SUPERMAN: RED SON, and more. In 1988, Phil starred in an updated version of the hit series MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE, following in the footsteps of his father Greg Morris, who starred in the original series. STAR TREK fans have seen him not only in the original series, but also in STAR TREK III: THE SEARCH FOR SPOCK, STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE, and STAR TREK: VOYAGER, and STAR WARS fans may have heard him in the games STAR WARS: SQUADRONS, and STAR WARS: THE OLD REPUBLIC – LEGACY OF THE SITH. He’s had recurring roles on shows like MELROSE PLACE, LOVE BOAT: THE NEXT WAVE, THE PJS, STATIC SHOCK, JUSTICE LEAGUE, KIM POSSIBLE, LEGION OF SUPER-HEROES, TERMINATOR: THE SARAH CONNOR CHRONICLES, BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD, BLACK PANTHER, SMALLVILLE, GREEN LANTERN: THE ANIMATED SERIES, SHAKE IT UP, ULTIMATE SPIDER-MAN, THE BOONDOCKS, LOVE THAT GIRL!, CURIOUS GEORGE, BOSCH LEGACY, and YOUNG JUSTICE and DOOM PATROL. But he is perhaps best known as the fast-talking Jackie Chiles from SEINFELD, even starring in the final episode, and “Jackie Chiles Knows” shorts where he reprised the character.
