Meet TOADIES drummer extraordinaire and BUZZKILL writer/co-creator Mark Reznicek at DCS April 26-27, 2025!
Help us welcome the great Mark Reznicek to our guest list for DALLAS COMIC SHOW’s Spring Spectacular this April 26-27, 2025! Mark co-wrote and co-created the Dark Horse Comics title BUZZKILL (with a collected trade published later by Image Comics), a collaboration with Donny Cates that recently reappeared in Cates’ series CROSSOVER (in issue #6). You might also know him as the drummer for The Toadies, the Fort Worth band who started in 1989, with their first full-length album “Rubberneck” debuting in 1994 – they released their most recent album “The Lower Side of Uptown” in 2017. Did you know Mark also appeared in a Marvel Comics title? Yep, you can see Mark (and The Toadies) in X-MEN ’92 issue #6 and 7 in a cameo. Mark joins us with copies of BUZZKILL, and also mentioned he’ll have some Toadies merch for sale as well, and we’re super stoked to have him at the show!
