Terry Moore & Sherilyn Fenn kick off the guest list for DCS Fantasy Festival, Aug 25-26

The fans have been anxiously waiting, and we’ve been getting everything ready for our next big event. The Dallas Comic Show returns this August 25-26 with DALLAS COMIC SHOW’s FANTASY FESTIVAL, a celebration of comic books, pop culture, and retro fun that will offer a little something for everyone. Kicking off the guest list are two very awesome names. These two talented individuals are just the beginning of our list, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome them to the show. Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of his creation STRANGERS IN PARADISE, we welcome the wonderful Terry Moore back to Dallas, one of the very first places his hit book premiered during the good old days of the Dallas Fantasy Fair. Terry is also the Eisner Award-winning creator/writer/artist of popular comic titles like RACHEL RISING, MOTOR GIRL and ECHO, and served at the writer of books like Marvel’s SPIDER-MAN LOVES MARY JANE and THE RUNAWAYS, DC Comics titles like BIRDS OF PREY, and Dark Horse books like BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER: WILLOW AND TARA. We’re honored to announce him as our first official comic book creator attending the event.

Also joining us is the very lovely and talented Sherilyn Fenn, star of David Lynch’s TWIN PEAKS (she also reprised her role in the recent revival), and has starred in THE WRAITH, RUBY, OF MICE AND MEN, BOXING HELENA, FATAL INSTINCT, GILMORE GIRLS, RAY DONOVAN, SHAMELESS, S.W.A.T., and most recently the horror movie WISH UPON. Sherilyn will soon be seen in the upcoming films SOMETHING ABOUT HER, LOSING ADDISON and FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.
