DAWN, VAMPIRELLA and HARLEY QUINN artist Joe Linsner comes to DCS April 6-7
In December of 1989, the world was introduced to “Dawn”, the gothic beauty who graced the cover of the popular comic book CRY FOR DAWN. Creator and illustrator Joseph Michael Linsner, who became an instant fan-favorite upon hitting the scene, would later feature her in books like DRAMA, CRYPT OF DAWN, DAWN: LUCIFER’S HALO, DAWN: RETURN OF THE GODDESS, and DAWN: THREE TIERS. In recent years, Dawn even teamed up with another gothic comic book icon in the popular DAWN/VAMPIRELLA mini-series. Linsner has maintained his superstar artist status by working on Marvel Comics like MYSTIQUE, KILLRAVEN, CLAWS, WOLVERINE AND BLACK CAT: CLAWS II, BLACK PANTHER, and AVENGERS. He also contributed to the wildly popular DC Comics title HARLEY QUINN, and has book working on Dynamite titles like BETTIE PAGE, BARBARELLA, and of course VAMPIRELLA. You can currently see his stunning work on the ELVIRA: MISTRESS OF THE DARK comics.
