All emails sent by the event are done so only to those who signed up to receive notices about our business. Anyone on our email list may remove themselves at any time by clicking UNSUBSCRIBE at the bottom of our email body.

Any credit card information used to purchase tickets for our event is controlled by the ticketing companies, or in some instances Paypal Inc. – these sites maintain GDPR compliance, and do not share private credit card information under any circumstances. All of our customers are offered the option to purchase tickets at the door if they are uncomfortable buying online.

By using this Site and the Services, in addition to any Additional Policies applicable to any particular features, content and functionality of the Services (incorporated into the Terms by reference), offered by Dallas Comic Show, Users agree to be bound by these Terms.

Dallas Comic Show may amend the Terms at any time in our sole discretion by posting a revised version of the Terms. Unless we make clear otherwise, access to or continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
